Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped (please check your junk folder in case it filters there).
Estimated delivery times:

Ireland & UK: 2–7 working days

Europe & USA: 5–12working days
Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays are not considered shipping days.

Orders placed after 10 AM will be dispatched the next working day.

During peak periods (promotions, product launches, holidays), dispatch may be slightly delayed.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to third-party couriers.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Missed Deliveries & Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal, we will refund the product cost (minus shipping) or arrange redelivery at your expense.
Packaging & Environment
To help reduce our environmental impact, we operate a paperless system. Order details are emailed and not included in physical packages.
International Shipping & Customs
We currently ship to the UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia, UAE and the USA. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to local import taxes and duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.
